As the three principal officers of the company become eligible for retirement during the course of 2004 and 2005, their natural successor, Franck GUINOT, proposes to acquire the company.
To this end he creates a holding company, HOLDAGE, which subsequently purchases all the shares of GROUPE WALBAUM-IAR in 2004.
